Trish King, RN, BSN
Executive Director
Trish King has over 25 years experience working in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. She worked as a nurse in the Texas Medical Center for over 13 years. She was a founding member of the Child Abuse Prevention Network (now Healthy Families Initiatives) and was the board chairperson. In addition, she served as the board chairperson for the Texas Committee to Prevent Child Abuse. Formerly the Regional Executive Director of the American Lung Association and Chief Development Officer for Child Advocates, Inc., she joined ChildBuilders in 2005.

Janet Pozmantier, M.S., LPC, LMFT, RPT
Associate Director of Programs
Janet Pozmantier has a 17-year history with ChildBuilders. She created the Parents Under Construction™ program and, under her leadership, PUC has been implemented in more than 200 sites throughout Texas and the United States. Janet is the recipient of the 2003 Unsung Hero Award from Children at Risk and was named 2004 Trainer of the Year by the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children. Prior to her work with ChildBuilders, Janet was the first Houston WHO® Program Coordinator and created the preschool and adult versions of the program.

Rebecca Koch
Training and Marketing Director
Rebecca Koch is an expert in WHO® and Parents Under Construction™ program training, implementation and supervision. She has been with ChildBuilders for seven years and is a popular speaker and trainer.

Amanda Siroosian, MPH
Program Manager
Amanda Siroosian received her Master of Public Health degree in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from Ohio State University. She has held several management positions with various non-profit agencies where she provided leadership and supervision for staff and volunteers and created, implemented and evaluated school, church, medical, and community-based programs.

Marjorie McElrath, MPA
Parents Under Construction™ Program Coordinator
Marjorie McElrath received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a specialization in Child Development and Family Relationships from Tennessee State University. She obtained her Master of Public Administration degree from Texas Southern University on a mission to help change the world. Valuable experiences with the Houston Community College System and internships with various sectors of The Boys and Girls Club of America introduced her to the wonderful non-profit world. Marjorie currently serves as the Program Coordinator for ChildBuilders’ Parents Under Construction™ program.

Amanda Noble, LCSW
WHO® Program Director
Amanda Noble holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ohio State University. She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas, and certified as a School Social Worker in the state of Ohio. Amanda has five years of experience working in the non-profit sector.

Ralph Culler, Ph.D.
Contract Program Evaluation Consultant
Ralph Culler is an expert in program evaluation and recently completed the first long-term follow-up study of the Parents Under Construction™ program. Dr. Culler was formerly a grant officer with the Hogg Foundation.
